1. Company Information

NotePulse is operated by IndieCraft LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing and using NotePulse ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

NotePulse is a web application that provides page view tracking for Notion databases. The Service allows users to track views of their Notion pages through embedded tracking pixels and update Notion database properties with view counts.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Notion Integration

The Service integrates with Notion through official APIs. By using the Service, you grant NotePulse permission to access your Notion databases and pages as necessary to provide tracking functionality. We only access the specific databases and pages you explicitly authorize.

5. Data Collection and Usage

The Service collects page view data, user information, and Notion integration data necessary to provide tracking functionality. This data is used solely to provide the Service and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are processed through Stripe and are subject to their terms of service. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information
To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

IndieCraft LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IndieCraft LLC from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand made against us due to or arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
